Decision:
The Regulation Committee agreed to rescind its decision on planning application 2017/1022/CNT taken on 8th November 2018 for the reasons stated and also to enable the Committee to consider afresh the application together with recommendation detailed in the officer report.
The Committee resolved in respect of planning application no. 17/1022/CNT that planning permission be GRANTED subject to the Applicant entering into a Section 106 agreement, the Draft of which is included as Appendix 1; and imposition of conditions set out in section 7.
The Committee further resolved that authority to undertake any minor non-material editing which may be necessary to the wording of those conditions be delegated to the Strategic Commissioning Manager, Economy and Planning Policy.
